Starting approving the INFICON supplier component First Article Inspections and afterwards make sure that the defined product quality gates are executed according the Quality Control Plan. Develop and implement a global Quality Assurance strategy. Lead a global team to maintain consistent quality standards (FL, AX, US). Utilize KPI tracking to drive quality improvements. Driving the internal organization to excellence through the transparent Quality-Performance-KPI tracking and the related pareto Quality-CIP approach.

Job Description Ensure organizational compliance through defined processes and responsibilities. Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certifications. Ensure environmental, health, and safety roles are defined and trained. Define process ownerships and qualify and retrain process owners. Establish a continuous improvement platform with all process owners. Analyze individual process performance and identify improvement opportunities. Develop a process-specific improvement roadmap driven by process owners.
