The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research. How you can make a difference : Produce and edit compelling video content (e.g. product tutorials, interviews, events) and conduct photoshoots that support marketing and employer branding campaigns, website, and social media presence. Ensure consistent visual storytelling aligned with brand and company identity while managing multimedia equipment and maintaining asset libraries. Track performance and engagement, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging, tone, and visuals are consistent with the brand and value-compliant. Support Hamilton Robotics’ social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, by planning, publishing, and monitoring engaging content aligned with marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing and corporate communication team of Hamilton Robotics EMEA and Hamilton Bonaduz AG to align visual content with campaign objectives, contribute creative ideas, and adapt long-form materials into engaging short-form content for digital channels. Stay on top of content trends, video formats, and platform best practices Contribute to enhancing the team’s creative and technical capabilities. Act customer centric and travel to customers, meet important stakeholders in EMEA and events, travel time 5-10% That’s what you bring along : Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field 3+ years of experience in video and photo production, social media content creation, and platform management— preferably in a B2B or technical environment Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms' best practices for organic and paid content Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals Excellent eye for detail in both visual design and messaging Experience using AI platforms for content creation like Synthesia Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics is a plus Fluent in English; German is a plus Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch .
