Additionally, you will support practical training and oversee the operations of "Umami" under the guidance of the Executive Chef. Your main tasks: Preparation of various Asian dishes Creation of innovative, new dishes Independent management of the training outlet "Umami" Mise en place for day-to-day business Daily cleaning of the satellite kitchen Insure the required hygiene standards according to our HACCP concept
