We are looking for a Trust Administration Officer. The ideal candidate plays a key role to a compliant payment process with punctual correct documented files. The Trust Administration Officer works closely with the accounting team members and reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures and correspondence verbally and/or in writing directly with business partners, bankers, lawyers, assets managers and service providers
Prioritize and handle email requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner and initiating further steps like payment preparations, approvals and signatures as well as legal documents filing
Arrange settlement of invoices including compliance checks & documentation, entering to accounting & banking platform in line with Talvik’s policies and procedures
Ensure all trust and company records are maintained and accurate (e.g. constitutional documents, share register, resolutions)

Die Gruppe investiert weltweit in alle Hauptanlageklassen in institutioneller Grösse. Zu den Hauptaufgaben von Talvik gehören:

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n:
Buchhalter/in.
Der ideale Kandidat übernimmt die Buchhaltung für eine grosse Anzahl von Gesellschaften. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team koordinieren sie Zahlungen, verbuchen Geschäftsfälle und erstellen Jahresabschlüsse. Bei der Vorbereitung der jährlichen Revision unterstützen sie bei der Dokumentenbereitstellung und stehen im engen Austausch mit den Revisoren. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eigenverantwortlich kleine Projekte zu übernehmen.
Aufgabenbereich:
Verantwortlich für Journalbuchungen für eine große Anzahl von Gesellschaften in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 / Navision
Erstellung und Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen
Vorbereitung und Betreuung von externen Revisionen
Überprüfung und Verbuchung von Zahlungen
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finanz- und Zahlungsprozesse in einem motivierten internationalen Team
Ihr Profil:
Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Finanzen oder ähnliche Ausbildung und vorzugsweise einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Rechnungsprüfung
Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse von Buchführungsprozessen
Fähigkeit, in einem internationalen Umfeld effizient, gewissenhaft und unabhängig zu arbeiten
Organisiert, genau und detailorientiert mit gutem Urteilsvermögen und Integrität
Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich da die Geschäftssprache Englisch ist
Ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Positives Denken, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft das Team zu unterstützen

We are looking for a
Risk Management Administrator (60-100%)
The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders for the oversight of business risks, regulatory and compliance requirements, mitigators, controls, drafting and review of Talvik's policies and procedures. She/He will have experience in a similar role. The candidate will help review and establish required risk mitigators, contingency plans and recovery processes. This is a newly developed in-house role at our organization and we are looking for someone who is keen and willing to develop the risk and compliance function. It is an exciting opportunity to work with all team members and senior stakeholders to support the breadth of activities taking place across a world-class trust administrator.
Responsibilities
Draft and maintain the firm’s policies and related procedures
Work with team members and stakeholders to maintain the firms risk registers and regulatory requirements
Maintaining controls and perform internal controls reviews to identify and help close issues
Develop remediation steps to mitigate risks
Providing overall support to the team and support to auditors, consultants and stakeholders
Help raise awareness in business continuity best practices, protocols and procedures
Support in prevention, identification and handling of incidents as well as root cause analysis
Frequent communication with senior management
Requirements
Bachelor degree or similar with relevant certifications
Professional fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of risk management control procedures and compliance matters
Strong experience with industry standards
Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment as a trustworthy and consistently reliable team player
Natural focus on accuracy, detail, and quality with sound judgement and integrity
A can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible and willing to support team objectives
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response

Accountant
The ideal candidate plays a key role in the overall operations of the organization, ensuring that all books and records are kept current. It involves taking initiative for data entry and maintenance of the company's ledgers and periodic reports. The accountant works closely with the Accounting and Payments team members and reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping-related matters
Provide support and ensure annual audit processes adhere to set timelines
Preparation and review of annual financial statements of large number of entities
Support to enable workflow management for accounting and payment process with the accounting software from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (former Navision)
Requirements
University degree in finance and accounting or similar education and preferably a view year of experience in accounting
Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment
Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
Professional excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
